Mzansi Four - A Space Adventure 15 Episodes 2025
An accidental shuttle launch leaves trainee cosmonauts Vuyo, Zoe, Lerato, and Dirkie stranded on Mars. As they fight to stay alive and find a way home, they make a shocking discovery that Rossum Space Corp would do anything to keep hidden. With time running out and powerful forces working against them, the cadets must rely on their wits, courage, and each other to expose the truth and make it back to Earth.
Episode 1 - Lost in Space [5 minutes]
The series opens with Vuyo, Dirkie, Lerato, and Zoe floating helplessly in space, their rocket spiraling toward Mars. With no clear idea how they got there, the kids scramble to regain control. Meanwhile, back on Earth, Rossum Space Ventures scrambles to contain the situation. Through flashbacks, we see glimpses of their training at Rossum Space Academy.

Episode 2 - The Chosen Few [5 minutes]
Flashing back to the past, we see how the four kids—Vuyo, Dirkie, Lerato, and Zoe—were selected as the first cadets in Rossum Space Academy’s prestigious young cosmonaut program. They bond over the excitement of space training while a curious training robot, Rover-X, befriends them. However, they begin to suspect that Rossum’s operations may not be as transparent as they seem.

Episode 3 - Launch Gone Wrong [5 minutes]
During a simulator exercise, the kids accidentally activate a prototype rocket. Before anyone can stop them, the rocket launches into space with the cadets and Rover-X onboard. Panic ensues back on Earth, and the kids realize they’re headed for Mars—completely unprepared.
Episode 4 - Landing on the Red Planet [5 minutes]
Jumping back to the present, the cadets miraculously manage to land the prototype rocket on Mars using teamwork and basic training. The kids explore the alien terrain, their wonder mixing with fear as they face the stark reality of survival. Meanwhile, Rossum publicly promises a rescue but secretly scrambles to keep their secrets hidden.

Episode 5 - Survival Mode [5 minutes]
The kids work together to establish a makeshift base in their rocket and learn how to ration supplies. Rover-X proves to be an invaluable asset, helping them repurpose the rocket’s systems to generate water and oxygen. On Earth, Vuyo’s best friend, Kemi, the daughter of a Rossum engineer, hacks into the academy’s system and discovers troubling information about Rossum’s Mars program.

Episode 6 - The Signal [5 minutes]
Dirkie modifies the rocket’s communications system to send a distress signal back to Earth, but their message is intercepted by Rossum. Instead of helping, Rossum plans to keep them stranded until they can destroy the evidence of their secret facility. Kemi deciphers the signal and starts piecing together the mystery.

Episode 7 - The Hidden Valley [5 minutes]
While scavenging for resources, the kids discover an artificial valley with evidence of human activity. The sighting strengthens their suspicion that Rossum has been on Mars before. Rover-X analyzes the area and finds faint tracks leading deeper into the valley.

The kids follow the tracks and narrowly escape a robotic security drone sent by Rossum to scare them away. The encounter confirms their suspicions, but it also leaves them shaken. Meanwhile, Kemi’s father begins to suspect she’s snooping and warns her to stay out of Rossum’s affairs.

The cadets locate the entrance to a hidden research facility. With Rover-X’s help, they hack into the security system and sneak inside. They discover advanced robotic workers and a lab full of experiments that could change life on Earth. The kids debate whether to expose what they’ve found or focus on survival.

Rossum detects that the kids have entered the lab and deploys sabotage drones to destroy evidence and trap the cadets inside. Back on Earth, Kemi finds a way to communicate directly with the kids and warns them of Rossum’s intentions. The kids narrowly escape the facility before it’s destroyed.
